摘要
研究了冷变形和双时效制度对18Ni(350)马氏体时效钢磁滞性能的影响,结果表明:当冷变形量在55%~63%、过时效温度在590~600℃之间、第二次时效温度在510℃时,材料具有最佳的磁滞性能。冷变形在马氏体中产生一定的织构和增加时效后金属间化合物的数量及弥散度,使基体贫Ni而控制逆转变奥氏体的大小、分布和数量,获得了优异的磁滞性能。采用线性回归的方法,总结出了冷变形态18Ni(350)马氏体时效钢的磁滞性能规律。
The effects of double-ageing treatment and cold-rolling on the hysteresis properties of 18Ni (350)maraging steel have beeninvestigated.It is concluded that samples have the best hysteresis properties when the cold-rolling reductions are 55%-63%and the over-ageingtemperature is between 590-600℃,the second ageing temperature is 510℃.The appearance of texture and the increase of percentage and dispersivityof inter-metallic compound after ageing can control the size distributionand percentage of reverted austenite through depletion Ni in matrix by cold-rolling,can greatly improve the hysteresis properties.The regularitiesof hysteresis properties in cold-rolling 18Ni(350)maraging steel arereached with least-square method.
