摘要
分析了兵器维修保养中钢铁零件发黑处理的现状和采用常温发黑新工艺的必要性，介绍了国内外常温发黑液的典型配方，阐述了常温发黑的机理和存在的问题，展望了常温发黑新工艺在兵器维修保养中的应用。
In this paper,the present situation of the blackening prosessesof steel in maintaining ordnance,and the necessity of using the newblackening prosesses at room temperature have been analyzed.The typical prescriptions of these new technologies at home and abroad have been outlined.Some mechanisms and insufficients of these technologies have been discussed.Finally,the applications of the new blackening prosesses at roomtemperature in maintaining ordnance are prospected.
