摘要
系统研究了颗粒和短纤维增强铝基复合材料中基体的原位组织与性能。发现邻近增强体的基体中,位错密度显著高于其它部位,时效析出相的弥散度也较高。近界面区基体的显微硬度值比其它部位高得多。用热膨胀系数差(DCTE)和位错镜像力理论对以上结果进行了讨论。
The microstructures in situ and Property were systematically studied on the matrix of discontinuously rein orced metal matrix composites. It is shown that jn the matrix near the reinforcements,the dislocation density and ageing precipitate disr ersivity are obviously higher thanin other zones. The measurements of mierosite prolerty iliustrate thatnear the inter,aces there exists much higher microhardness value thanother zones. Analyses on these microstructures and property have beencondueted in terms of the difference in ccefficients of tbermal expansiono the constituents as well as the theory of dislccaticn image stress oninter aces.
