摘要
应用电沉积-反应烧结方法在Fe_3Al表面制得Cr_2O_3和Y_2O_3薄膜。在900℃空气中氧化结果表明,表面沉积Cr_2O_3薄膜可以明显提高Fe_3Al的抗氧化能力和氧化层的粘附性;表面沉积Y_2O_3薄膜可以改变氧化层的形貌,抑制氧化层的剥落。XRD,SEM及EDX分析表明,表面施加氧化物薄膜后,氧化产物层晶粒细小,从而减小了生长应力,减轻了开裂和剥落。表面沉积Cr_2O_3薄膜,可以有效地降低Fe_3Al表面的氧分压,促进合金中铝选择氧化。
A uniform,dense and defect-free oxide thin film is applied on the surface of intermetallic Pe_3Al by electrode position-reaction sintering,and the effects of the film on the oxldation of Fe_3Al at 900℃in air are studied,It is proved that, by surface-applied cr_2O_3 thin film, the oxidation resistance and the adhesion of oxide scale are improved,The scale spallation resistance of alumina is greatly itnproved by surface-applied Y_2O_3 thin film. The oxide scale is studied by XRD, SEM and E DX. it is found that the oxide scale consists of Al_2O_3 and the oxide grains are very fine.The stresses arising from the oxide grow,hprocess itself can be relaxed by these fine gra-Ins. It is suggested that the selective exidation of aluminium in Fe_3Al is pre-moted when the partial pressure of oxygen at the surface of alloy is greatly decreased.
