用扫描电镜观察了裂纹的形貌及分布,针对凸轮的磨削特性及金相因素对裂纹敏感性的影响,分析了裂纹的发生及扩展机理。在实验研究的基础上确定防止磨削裂纹的措施。工艺改进后,凸轮轴的裂废率由原来的12%下降至1.
The morphology and distribution feature of grinding cracks were carefully observed,with the SEM,Through the medium of analyzing the characteristie of cam grinding and the effect of microstructure on thesensibility of cracks,the mechanism of crack initiation and propagation have been investigated. On the basis of test, the right measures to avoid grinding craeks have been taken. The reject rate of produets preduced with improved process is below 1.5%,which is much lower than 12% before the process is improved.
