摘要
以自行设计及合成的两对引物,利用聚合酶链反应,检测了55份不同类型动脉粥样硬化血管组织中人巨细胞病毒(Humancytomegalovirus,HCMV)的IE及L基因片段,阳性率高达59.9%(33/55),而作为对照的正常冠状动脉及大隐静脉却仅为45%(1/22),表明HCMV感染与动脉粥样硬化(Atherosclerosis,As)的发生密切相关。比较同一组织标本中HCMVIE及L基因的检测结果发现,除个别As组织同时可检出IE及L基因外,81.8%的As组织DNA仅表现为IE或L基因阳性,提示HCMV基因组中不同的基因片段在As发生发展中可能起着不同的生物学作用。
serial of 55 vascular tissue samples surgically removed from atherosclerosis(As) patientsand 22 normal control tissues were examined for human cytomegalovirus immediately early (IE)and late(L)gene fragments by polymerase chain reaction (PCR).33 out of 55 (59.9%)As specimens were found positive for HCMV(IE positive in 1 and L in 26,while both IE andL positive in 6).Howener,only 4.5%(1/22)was positive in control tissues.These results showedthat there is some relationship between HCMV infection and As.
