自1984至1994年10年间,在新疆采集了绵羊、山羊羔、仔猪、犊牛、骆驼羔和鸡的粪样1959份,以及住院腹泻婴幼儿、无症状新生儿和成人腹泻的粪样255份,共2214份。用PAGE法检测了这些粪样中的轮状病毒和非典型轮状病毒。按Saif电泳型分组法,检出的各组轮状病毒是:A组276份,在成人腹泻和驼羔中未检出;B组26份,都是从羊羔和仔猪中检出;C组22份,都是从仔猪中检出;D组2份,在鸡中检出;似E组1份,从仔猪中检出。取检出的各组非典型轮状病毒9株,即羊羔B组2株(KB-63和LB-60),仔猪B组4株(MPB-1、2,SPB-3、4),仔猪C组2株(SPC-11、ZPC-12),仔猪似E组1株(MPB-5),口服接种剥夺初乳的本种动物,接种后12-16小时动物都发生急性水样腹泻,并检出大量病毒。对这9株病毒和1株成人腹泻轮状病毒(ADRV),用ELISA和对流免疫电泳检测A、B组组抗原,结果ADRV、羊羔B组、仔猪B组和似E组共8株病毒都只有B组组抗原。用A、B组轮状病毒生物素核酸探针斑点杂交分别检测8株和10株病毒,血清学检测为B组者都只与B组有杂交信号。C组的两株则既无A、B组组抗原,也不与A、B?
214 stool samples collected from animals and men during the last ten years (1984-1994)were examined for the presence of typical and atypical rotavirus by PAGE.56/1226 lamb and did,144/510 piglet,4/110 calf,2/108 chicken,26/68 infant and 46/113 the neonatal withoutdiarrhea were shown to contain group A rotavirus.No group A rotavirus was detectedin human adult and camel stool samples.16/1126 lamb and kid,10/510 piglet were shown tocontain group B rotavirus and no group B rotavirus was detected in other animals and men.GCRV was only detected in piglet(22/510).GDRV was only in chicken(2/108).GERV like wasonly in piglet(1/510). Nine strains of atypical rotavirus(ie.KB-63,LB-60,MPB-1,MPB-2,SPB-3,SPB-4,SPC-11, ZPB-12,piglet group E-like rotavirus)which belong to different rotavirus groupswere inoculated into neonatal animals deprived of clostrum.All animals developed acutewatery diarrhea and shed virus during 12-16 hours postinoculation.Group antigen of the nine strains as mentioned above and one strain of ADRV wereexamined with group A-ELISA,group B-ELISA and countercurrent immune electrophoresis(CIE). Dot hybridization of these strains were also carried out with photobiotin-labelednucleic acid probes for group A and group B rotavirus.The results indicated that ADRV,LB-60,KB-63,MPB-1,MPB-2,SPB-3,SPB-4 and the pigler group E-like rotaviruscontained group B rotavirus antigen only.They hybridiaed only with group B rotavirus nucleicacid probe.Group C rotavirus (i,e.SPC-11,ZPC-12) contained neithfer group A and group B rotavirus antigen nor hybridized with group A or group B nucleic acid probes.
