本文系统总结了二十几年来在废丝处理及利用方面的经验教训,提出废丝处理中要进行“三除”:即除油、除铁、除杂物以及在采用氧化铈澄清剂后,必须在废丝投放量、均匀投料、熔化温度、窑炉气氛、鼓泡技术等方面加强工艺控制,以保证球的质量.

This paper summerizs the experience and lessons in disposal and reusing the waste glass fiber in past 20 years systematically, points out that when using waste glass fiber to make marble, oil , Fe and impurites contained should be taken off, CeO could be taken as refining agent, and process control should be tightened to ensure the quality of glass marble.
