用Na_2O_2－DMSO体系产生的ESR研究

ESR STUDY ON THE FORMATION OF SUPEROXIDE RADICAL ANIONS BY Na_2O_2-DMSO SYSTEM

提出了Ｎａ＿２Ｏ＿２的二甲基亚砜（ＤＭｓＯ）／Ｈ＿２Ｏ溶液中产生超氧阴离子自由基（Ｏ）的新方法，用电子自旋共振仪（ＥＳＲ）可直接检测到很强的Ｏ信号，研究了反应的条件及其Ｏ信号的特性，并用该法考察了茶多酚等清除剂对于超氧阴离子自由基的清除作用。结果表明本体系是产生Ｏ的有效方法，可用于超氧阴离子自由基清除剂的研究。

A new method that the O was produeed by Na_2O_2 in DMSO/H_2O has been re-ported in this paper． The visible O signal can be directly detected by ESR. Theconditions of the reaction and．characterization of O signal were studied． Scavengingeffect of superoxide anion was investigated with tea polyphenols etc. It is shown thatthis is an advisable method to produce O radical and could be used to look for thenew O scavenger.
