摘要
用交叉极化(CP)—魔角旋转(MAS)技术得到两种类型植物沙米(AgriophllumsquarrosumL.Moq.)和刺沙蓬(SalsolaruthenicaIljin)种子的一系列核磁共振碳— ̄(13)( ̄(13)CNMR)波谱,发现两种植物种子内蛋白质、碳水化合物含量不同,两种植物种子细胞壁结构也有差别,沙米主要是木葡聚糖,刺沙蓬主要是半乳甘露聚糖。
A Series of nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectra of Agriophyllum sguarrosumL, Moq.and Salsola ruthenica Iljin in whole seeds were obtained by using crosspolarization magic angle spinning(CP MAS)technique,Spectra of seeds obtained fromtwo types of desert plant show that protein and Carbohydrate content in them are differ-ent.Cell wall spectra in seeds of Agriophyllum squarrosum L. Moq were dominatedlargely by resonances from Xyloglucans,while in spectra of Salsola ruthenica Iljinseeds was derived mainly from galactomannan.
