摘要
研究了氟硼酸根对铝阳极氧化膜Ni-F封闭液性能的影响,并确定了缓冲型封闭液的配方和工艺.实验结果表明氟硼酸根可对封闭液的pH和氟离子浓度起缓冲作用,其缓冲能力与氟硼酸根浓度成正比.
The influences of BF4- on the performance of Ni-F sealing solution of anodic films of aluminum have been studied. The experimental resuts showed that the pH value and the concentration of flouride in the sealing solution could be buffered by BF-.
