摘要
通过各种物质在烃类油中缔合状态的变化,研究添加剂的溶液行为与缓蚀性能的关系。若添加剂在溶液中倾向于分子间缔合,则缓蚀性下降;反之,添加剂在溶液中形成的胶束愈松散,愈易向金属表面扩散和均匀吸附。因此,复配油溶性缓蚀剂时,应加入适当的表面活性剂以减小逆型胶束内部极性基团间的作用力。
The associations of several compounds in hydrocarbon oil and their corrosion inhibition were studied. It was found that the rust
preventive function of oil-soluble corrosion inhibitor decreased in pace with increasing the aggregate tendency among additive molecu-
lars. On the contrary, the looser the micelle of additives in solution is, the easier they dispersed and would be adsorbed at metal sur
face. Some appropriate surfactants should be added when blending an oil-soluble inhibitor in order to decrease the aggregate force a-
mong polar groups within the reversed micelle.
