摘要
采用热固型涂料,丝网印刷的方法,对不锈钢表面保留部分进行保护,然后对不锈钢表面进行化学腐蚀加工,通过对腐蚀液配方的研究,选择最佳工艺参数,使腐蚀基体达到一定的加工深度并获得较好的加工表面。
After the allowance section on surface of stainless steel was protected by thermosetting coating or by screen printing method, the
chemical corrosion process was carried out. Based on the study of corrodent composition, the optimum technique parameter was se
lected. The substrate could be eroded fixed depth and good process surface could be obtained.
