摘要
全面评述了血液灌流疗法建立廿年来,血液灌流级吸附剂的发展;按照吸附剂材料性质和吸附机理分类,介绍各类吸附剂的物理结构、化学结构的特点及其在临床上的应用。展望血液灌流级吸附剂的未来发展前景。
A total commentary is given on the development of the adsorbents for hemoperfusion since the foundation of the clinical treatment of hemoperfu-sion twenty years ago. According to the classification by properties of adsorbent materials and the mechanics of adsorption,the physical and chemical structures of every kinds of adsorbents and their clinical applications are introduced. Also, the prospect of future development of the adsorbents for hemoperfusion is looked forward.
