摘要
介绍了日本近年来复合钙钛矿型化合物、Pb系钙钛矿型化合物、(Zr,Sn)TiO_3系化合物和BaO-TiO_2系化合物等高介电常数、低损耗微波介电陶瓷的发展现状和趋势。
The current state and future trends of development of microwave ceramics with high dielectric constant and low loss in Japan,including composite perovskite type compounds,Pb system preovskite compounds, (Zn,Sn)TiO3 system compounds and BaO-TiO2 system compounds ceramics are described.
