摘要
对PET/LCP共混体系的结构及其与性能之间的关系进行了研究,发现共混物的注射试样呈现明显的“皮-芯”结构,芯层由嵌埋在PET基体中的LCP球粒组成,在皮层LCP形成微纤结构,并沿流动方向取向,这种高度取向的LCP微纤结构对基体起明显的增强作用,使其拉伸强度和拉伸模量显著增加。
he morphology and mechanical properties of blends of PET with a thermotropic liquid crystalline polyester(LCP)were investigated.A distinct skin-core morphology was observed for the injection molded samples of the blends,where the LCP fibers composed the skin layer,and the core section present a struc-ture of spher ical particles of LCP embeded in the PET matrix. Considerable improvement of the tensile strength and medulous for the blends has been obtained and it is attributed to the existence of LCP fibers formed during the molding processing as well as the good adhension between the two components.
