通过几种陶瓷型芯粉料粒度及其叶片浇成率的对比，力图弄清陶瓷型芯质量不稳定的原因，寻找提高叶片合格率的措施。文中对不同粉料粒度的型芯之烧结机理进行了讨论。

everal Kinds of ceramic core having different grade particle size and their application in the bladepreduction were commpared in this paper in order to clear the reason on the instable core quality and to im-proxe the blade casting yield.The sintering mechanism on the core having different particle size were discu-sioned.
