摘要
DZ22B合金是在DZ22合金的基础上改型的定向凝固涡轮叶片合金,其成分特点是仅含1.0%的铪。合金的力学性能水平与美国著名的定向凝固高温合金PWA1422相当。经长达5000h的高温曝晒,未发现TCP相析出,力学性能基本稳定。合金已用作某涡轴型发动机高压涡轮叶片材料,并投入批量生产。
Z22B is an improved directionally solidified suporalloy for turbine blades.The composition is charac-terized by only 1.0% Hf .It's mechanical properties are comparable to American famous directionally so-lidified superalloy PWA1 4 2 2.No TCP phase are found to precipitate after high temporature exposure for 500 0 hours. The mechanical properties remain steady. This alloy has been served as high pressure blade material in a aeroengine and become commercialized.
