摘要
细晶Y-TZP陶瓷近年来已经显示出具有超塑性,这个发现引起了广泛的注意。国内研究发现Y-TZP在1723K时具有240%的延伸率。日本、美国等对Y-TZP超塑性进行了广泛的研究。虽然陶瓷超塑性在某些方面与金属超塑性相似,但也有许多重要的相异点,如晶粒尺寸、流动应力与应变速率对应关系和应力指数变化。
ined -grain Y-TZP ceramics have been found to exhibit superplasticity in recent years and this dis-covery has attracted much interest.In China it has been found that Y-TZP can be elongated to failure of more than 240% at 1723K Superplasticity of Y-TZP has been studied extensively in Japan and U S 。Although the experimental observations of large deformation of Y_TZP are in some ways similar to those reported in numerous metallic alloys,some impomnt differences are also necessity consider the grain size,relationship between the steady-state flow stress and the imposed rain rate, and the change f stress exponent.
