摘要
本文采用工程上常用的铺层角,保持铺层角度序列不变,通过改变混杂结构对多向混杂复合材料的压缩、弯曲力学行为进行了实验分析研究。发现了多向混杂复合材料的弯曲混杂效应,提出了多向混杂纤维复合材料的弯曲混杂数的概念,为混杂纤维复合材料准确地进行选材和材料设计,为混杂复合材料更广泛运用提供了理论基础。
In this paper, the compressive and flexural behavior of Glass/Carbon hybrid laminates with same ply orientation sequence (0/45/-45/90/0/45/-45/90) but different hybrid structure was investigated.The flexural bybrid effect of the multi-directional hybrid laminates (MDHL) was found. Meanwhile, the concept of the flexural hybrid effect coefficient of MDHL was frist proposed. The results would provide scientific evidence for selection material,designing structure and predicting properties of hybrid composites.
