摘要
从几何声学原理出发,对圆棒料表面、近表面和芯部等处缺陷的超声检查进行了讨论,给出了探头旋转速度与超声脉冲重复频率的关系以及进料速度。对于自制配件,正确使用探伤装置对保证探伤质量能起到一定的作用。
From a geometric acoustics principle,this paper discusses the ultrasonic inspections of flaws in surface,subsurface and core of a round bar and gives a relationship between the rotation rate of a probe and pulse repeatin g frequency of ultrasonic wave and the feeding rate. For self-made fittings,the correct use of an ultrasonic inspection unit will play an im- portant role in assuring the inspection quality.
