摘要
在试验研究了挤压铸造法制造的SiCw/6061Al复合材料沿挤压方向的疲劳强度、循环硬化和疲劳裂纹萌生的基础上,利用能量理论法计算了SiCw/Al复合材料萌生疲劳微裂纹所需要的临界位错密度,并对SiCw/Al复合材料在10 ̄7周次的疲劳强度比其比例极限略高这一现象进行了分析。
Based on the experimental study of the fatigue strength,cyclic hardening,and initiation of fatigue microcracks in a squeeze-cast SiCw/6061Al,the critical dislocation density needed to intiate fatigue microcracks in the near-interface-region of the composite is calculated using the energy accumulation theory,the reasons leading to the phenomenon that the fatigue strength at 107 of the composite is slightly higher than its proportional limit is analysed.
