摘要
观察研究了试验钢在不同温度下加热时晶界处Y和TiC等沉淀的形貌特征,相对数量的变化及其同钢中钛碳比,硫含量和热处理的关系,并运有碳,硫原子相互作用的机制解释了Y相和TiC相对数量的变化,发现在650℃下Y相可以在晶界上以粒状沉淀的一种新的沉淀机制。
Morphology and quantitative change of precipitates of TiC and Y etc.at grain boundary during heating at different temperatures are observed,and effects of the ratio of titanium to carbon,sulphur content and heat treatment on morphology and quantity of the precipitates are studyed.Quantitative change of Y and TiC phases is interpreted by means of the interaction mechanism between carbon and sulphur atoms.A new mechanism by which Y particles precipitate at grain boundary during heating at 650℃ is discoveres.
