摘要
研究了挤压铸造法制备的SiCw/Al-Ni复合材料的组织结构和拉伸性能.研究结果指出。该种复合材料的显微组织由SiC晶须、颗粒状的金属间化合物Al3Ni及α-Al组成。金属间化合物Al3Ni对位错运动有明显的钉扎作用。SiCw/Al-Ni复合材料具有较好的常温拉伸性能和优异的高温拉伸性能。
The microstructure and tensile properties of a SiCw/Al-Ni composite were studied.The results indicate that the composite is composed of SiC whisker,Al3Ni particle and α-Al.The intermetallic compond Al3Ni particles block the dislocation obviously.The composite exhibts good tensile properties at room temperature and excellent tensile properties at high temperature.
