摘要
锻后适当地预冷能显著地提高45Mn2钢工件的淬硬层深度。试验及理论分析表明,这一现象与锻后空冷过程中晶粒长大以及预冷改善工件的冷却特性有关,而且当终锻温度较高时后者所起的作用更为重要。
It was found that the hardened depth of 45Mn steel can be increased obviously by delay in air after forging.Experimental results and theoretical analysis proved that this phenomenon is related with grain growth and cooling character which is improved by delay in air.In the effect.the final forging temperature is higher,cooling character play an important role in the effect.
