摘要
本文介绍了用自加热法获得Fe—Al—O系陶瓷材料的方法。研究了用这种方法获得的Fe—Al—O系陶瓷材料的导电机理及电导—温度特性,发现这种材料可作热敏材料,从而提出了一种能省工、省时、节约能源的生产热敏陶瓷材料的新方法。
