摘要
本文研究了15MnMoVN高压容器用钢亚温淬火组织与性能,分析了显微组织与性能的关系。结果表明,亚温淬火新工艺使零件获得了良好的综合性能,尤其是冲击韧性得到明显提高。
The subcritically-quenched microstructure and properties of 15MnMoVN high-pressure container steel are studied. The relationship between the microstructure and the properties are discussed.It is shown that the strength and ductility,especially the impact toughness,are greatly improved by the new subcritical quenching.
