摘要
用高频溅射法在不锈钢ＳＵＳ４１０上镀Ｔａ２Ｏ５薄膜，并对膜的组成等进行了分析。用交流阻抗法和钝化曲线法等电化学方法，研究了薄膜的耐蚀性与ｐＨｐｚｃ的关系。
The analysis on the components of Ta2O5 film which was plated on stainless steel SUS410 with sputtering method is presented in the paper.The relations between pHpzc and the film’s corrosion resistance are also studied with the electrochemistry theory of the AC impedance method and the anodic passvation curve.
