摘要
本文探讨了高矫顽力Sm(Co,Cu,Fe,Zr)z(68<z<8.5)永磁合金的Sm含量对磁性能和退磁曲线方形度的影响,试验结果表明,磁性能和退磁曲线方形度与磁体的Sm含量有关,制备过程中的氧化和真空高温蒸发会改变磁体的有效Sm含量.当磁体Sm含量为24.0—24.5wt%,氧含量小于4000PPm时,可得到较佳的磁性能.Br:1.08—1.14T,iHc:1352.6—1591.3KA/m,bHc:755.9—819.5KA/m,(BH)m:226.8—238.7KJ/m3.最佳退磁曲线方形度为K=0.977.
The effect of Sm content on the magnetic properties and the square degrees of demagnetization curve of high-coercivity Sm(Co,Cu,Fe,Zr)z(6.8<Z<8.5)permanent magnet alloys have been studied.The experimental results show that the magnetic properties and the square degrees of demagnetization curve of the magnets relate to Sm content.The oxidation and high-temperature evaporation in the preparation of samples change the effective Sm content in the magnets and influence on the magnetic properties.When Sm content is 24.0~24.5wt%,and oxyge content is smaller than 4000PPM,the magnet have better magnetic properties,Br:1.08~1.14T,iHc:1352.6~1591.3KA/m,bHc:755.9~819.5KA/m,(BH)m:226.8~238.7KJ/m3,The bet square degree on demagnetization curve is 0.977.
