摘要
分析研究了金属Al在1000℃左右温度下的存在状态以及在Al2O3上浸润性等问题,讨论了Al-Al2O3两相粉末成形体的烧结性能及助烧剂、烧结气氛对材料烧结性能的影响。结果表明,由于金属Al的活泼性以及生成的Al2O3膜的稳定性和金属Al对Al2O3表面浸润性差等原因决定了Al-Al2O3粉末成形体在1000℃时的烧结性能极差。助烧剂及其反应产物通过形成过渡层的粘结作用和粘-塑性流动调节材料的界面结合性能改善了材料的烧结性能。同时由于氢气气氛和助烧剂发生化学反应而降低了材料的烧结性能。
The problems of the existent state of Al at 1000 ℃ and the wettability of Al arid Al2O3 surface eto,were studied. The sintered property of Al-Al2O3 powder-formed-body and the effect of the aids and atomospheas on the sintering property were also discussed,The results show that since the activity of Al and the stability of Al2O3 layer,and the bad wettability of Al on Al2O3 surface,the sintering property of Al-Al2O3 powder-formed-body at 1000 ℃is extremely bad.The sintering aids and the reaction products can remarkably adjust the interface associativity,and so as to ameliorate the sintering property of the material by forming transition layer and utilizing its sticky effect and viscous-plastic flow at the same time. the sintering property of the material descends since chemical reactions between hydrogen atomosphere and the sintering aids.
