摘要
分别以水和丙三醇作为淀粉的增塑剂,研究了它们对淀粉热塑性加工工艺参数的影响,比较了所得材料的力学性能,表征了材料加工前后的聚集态结构.并给出了一个淀粉在加工过程中受热、剪切及增塑剂作用的模型.
In order to prepare thermoplastic starches.water and glycerol were used as plasticizers. and their influences on the processability were studied. As a result. aproposed model of the starch molecular transitions during the extrusion was given.The mechanical properties of these materials with different content of the plasticizers were compared.The aggregate structure of these starches before and after the thermoplastic processing was characterized by DSC and polarrized microscope.
