摘要
研究了反应自生复合材料的生长工艺参数对组织和性能的影响结果表明:Al-30Mg-10Si直接在1400-1600K氧化可得到Al2O3/Al陶瓷基复合材料,其中金属含量为10%至30%在1573K氧化10h后,可得到孔隙很少的,含20%金属的复合材料,其弯曲强度为364MPa。
he growth process of the reactive self-composing material (RSCM) and the influence of the process parameters on the structure and properties of the RSCM are described and discussed. Results have showed that the A12O3/Al ceramic matrix composite(CMC) can be obtained by oxidizing the aluminium alloy Al-3.0Mg-10Si at 1400-1600K. The content of the metal in it varies from 10% to 30% with the isothermal time.Few porous A12O3 / Al CMC containing 20% metal may be obtained, when the aluminium alloy is oxidized at 1573K for 10h, and it possesses the bend strength of 364MPa and the fracture toughness of 11 .0MPam1/2.
