摘要
采用纤维Oldroyd—B流体半浓悬浮液本构方程,计算突然开始定常拉伸流动和定常拉伸流动中纤维粘弹性流体悬浮液的物质函数,得到纤维的取向和无量纲拉伸粘度随拉伸应变和拉伸率的变化结果表明本文的方程能合理描述拉伸流动中应力的发展过程,能比较准确地计算纤维复合材料在拉伸流动中的流变性质.
AbstractFor the viscoelastic fibre suspensions,the material functions of inception of steady elongational flow and steady elongational now are calculated using the constitutive equation for semiconcentrated fibre suspensions in the Oldroyd-B fluid. Applying a load suddenly and helding that indefinitely thereafter, the fibre orientation and the dimensionless elongational viscosity as a function of elongation deformation and elongation rate are predicted. The constitutive equation in this paper can reasonably describe the stress development and rheological properties of fibre composite in the elongation flow.Keywrods fibre elongation viscosity suspension steady elongation flow
