A microstructure consisted of a NiAl martensite as a matrix, γ'-Ni3Al distributed along the grain boundaries of the matrix and with a network appearance, and a few retained β-NiAl was resulted from annealing at 1523K for 2h in a rapidly solidified Ni-34.6a.%Al ribbon. The annealed alloy has a good bend ductility (7.6% ). It is probably related to the ductile Ni3Al with a high density of dislocations and emission and transmission of the dislocations near γ'/β interfaces into β.
