摘要
本文阐明纳米材料研究的重要性和必要性.纳米材料的提出将对材料制备科学、材料的物理、表征及材料的性能与应用带来新的科学内涵.本文介绍了纳米陶瓷研究的近期发展,讨论了关于纳米粉体的团聚、烧结以及纳米陶瓷的超塑性等问题,特别提到了纳米ZrO2在室温下循环拉伸试验后在表面出现的形变行为.
From the trends of material development, the importance and necessary of nano-material research was discribed in this paper. The proposal on nano-materials will bring up new scientific contents on material sciences, material processing science, material physics, material characterization, and material performances as well as their applications. In this paper, recent progress on nano-ceramics research was introduced. About the aggremeration of nano-powder, sintering and ceramic super-plasticity problems were discuss, peally, the deformation behavior of nano-zirconia after cyclic fatigue tensile testign at room temperature was reported.
