老人自发与黑发中铜、锰、铁、锌、镁含量的比较

Comparison of the Content of Copper, Manganese,Iron,Zinc and Magnesium in the Black and White Hair of Seniles

本文用原子吸收光谱法测定了延边地区65岁～108岁健康老人110人头发中的铜、锰、铁、锌及镁的含量,比较了66人的白发与44人的黑发中这些元素的含量差异.结果表明,白发中的锰和镁的含量明显低于黑发,但铜、锌、铁的含量则无明显差异.这些差别在男性很明显,但在女性则不甚明显.

The copper, manganese. iron, zinc and magnesium content of the hair of 44 black-haired and 66 whi te-haired seniles aged 66 to 108 years in Yanbian area was measured by atomic absorption spectrometer. The results were as follows: the content of the manganese and magne- sium in white hair is significalltly lower than that of the black hair(<P 0.01), there is no significant difference in the content of copper. iron and zinc in the two kinds of hair.These differences are obvious in the male. but they are not in the female.
