摘要
本文利用水平式扩散池和垂直式扩散池将含有氮酮的消炎痛生理盐水混悬液和含氮酮的消炎痛钦膏作用于大白鼠离体皮肤进行了透皮吸收实验.结果表明,生理盐水和软膏条件下,含氮酮的消炎痛在生理盐水和软膏中的透皮吸收速度为不含氮酮时的5.8和4.8倍.可见氮酮对消炎痛的透皮吸收有显著的促进作用.
The test of dermeation velocity was carried out on the extracorporeal skin of rats using horizontal and vertical spread pool. Comparison was made of the velocity indomethacin physiological saline suspension and paste invol- ving azone with that of the control group. The results show that under the condition of physiological and paste,the penetrating velocity of indomethacin containing azone was respectively 5.8 and 4.8 times that of tlie other not involving azone. It is indicated that azone can accelerate the transder- mal absorption of indomethacin.
