摘要
为了探讨胃与十二指肠运动之间的相互关系,在大鼠离体胃十二指肠标本上比较了胃和十二指肠的电活动对乙酰胆硷的反碱特征.结果表明,在离体条件下,胃电和十二指肠电对乙酰胆碱刺激的反应的潜伏期明显不同,提示胃和十二指肠的运动各有自己的起步点,互不影响.
The effects of acetylcholine on electrical activity of the stomach and duodenum were studied in gastroduodenal preparations in vitro. The results are as follows: The latent periods of excitatory effect of acetylcholine on gastric and duodenal electrical activity were. 12.0±9.1 ((?) ±SD) and 3.6±6.1s ((?)±SD) respectively (P<0.05). It is suggested that both the stomach and duodenum have their own pacemaker respectively.
