金黄地鼠松果体内酪氨酸羟化酶样神经分布的免疫电镜法研究

摘要 本文用儿茶酚胺合成酶之一的酪氨酸羟化酶(TH)抗体,用不标记抗体过氧化物酶——抗过氧化物酶(PAP)法包埋前免疫电镜技术观察了金黄地鼠松果体内的单胺类神经分布.结果发现松果体内有TH样免疫反应阳性神经纤维和TH样兔疫反应阳性神经元.TH样免疫反应阳性的经元散在于松果体实质内.其细胞体呈卵圆形或梭形,最大直径为15~20μm,具有一个或两个短的细胞突起.细胞核大,呈圆形.细胞质内有线粒体,核糖体和高尔基复合体.TH样免疫反应阳性神经元与松果体细胞体、松果体细胞突起、TH免疫反应阳性或阴性神经终末相接触,但无明显的膜特化的结构.在TH免疫反应阳性神经终末内有许多颗粒小泡和无颗粒小泡.TH免疫反应阳性神经纤维与松果体细胞相接触,但无明显的膜特化结构. The aminergic innervations of the pineal gland of golden hamsters were investigated in light and electron microscopic immunohistochemistry using antisera to thyrosine bydroxylase (TH)which is a catecholamine-synthesi- zing enzyme.TH-positive nerve fiber and TH-positive neuron-like cell were observed under light microscopeby unlabeled antibody peroxidase-antiper- oxidase method.TH-positive neuron-like cells were seattered throughout the parenchyma of the pineal gland,the cell body was oval or spindle-shaped,the maximum diameter of the cell body was 15-20μm.They have sometimes one or two short cell processes.The nucleus was large and round. There are a number of mitochondria, ribosomes, or Golgi apparatus in the cytoplasma. The plasma membrane of TH-positive cell or its processes was in close contact with the various elements in the pineal gland; such as pinealocyte cell body, pinealocyte processes or nerve terminals which were mostly TH-negative but rarely TH-positive. In the nerve terminals, a number of clear yesicles and cored vesicles were observed,but membrane specialization was not conspicuous. TH-positive nerve terminals contained many small vesicles,sometimes they attached to the Pinealocytes, but typical synapses were not noticed.
