Arteria Thyroidea Ima and Its Clinical Significance

本文在72具成人尸体上发现9例甲状腺最下动脉,出现率为12.5％.分别起于无名动脉、右颈总动脉、主动脉弓和右胸廓内动脉;其中起于无名动脉者占55.6％.此动脉在第9～3气管软骨的前方外行或上行,在第4气管软骨处的平均外径为1.0mm.

9 cases of thyroidea ima artery were found in the 72 adult corpses (12.5%). They originated from brachiocephalic trunk, right common carotid artery, aortic arch and right internal thoracic artery. Among them the ratio of brachiocephalic trunk was 55.6%. The arteria thyroidea ima stretched from the 9th to the 3rd tracheal cartilage slant - wise or vertically in front of the tracheal cartilages. The outer diameter of the 4th tracheal cartilage was 1.0mm.
