广泛的阴道乳头状瘤的“后装”腔内放疗

用高剂量率的后装机治疗广泛的阴道乳头状瘤,是一种新的尝试。我们从1984年12月至1988年12月,对20例此类病人用“Buchler”后装机作了此种治疗。放射源为2居里(振荡源)和4居里(不振荡源)的^(137)Cs(铯),阴道容器的直径分别为6mm和8mm,附加阴道扩张器的直径是15mm。本组病例1次剂量是400～600拉得,平均治疗次数是4.8次。全组20例均一个疗程治愈,治愈率达100％。随诊期6～50个月,病人情况良好。本文还就治疗程序、副作用等作讨论。

The application of high dose rate (HDR) after-loading to the treatment of vaginal extensive papilloma is a new method of exploration.
