摘要
用透射电子显微镜,观察了安吉白茶返白—白化—转绿过程的叶片叶绿体超微结构。结果表明,在返白过程中,叶绿体不断退化,其中出现大量囊状小泡,并沿着叶绿体的边缘向一端聚集,而后形成电子密度稀疏的空泡,并吞食小泡逐渐扩大。至白化持续期,叶绿体彻底解体,整个细胞都成为空泡,仅存在网格状的细胞壁结构,几乎没有其他细胞结构。在转绿过程中,叶绿体结构迅速重建,囊状空泡缩小、分散,基质网在某些区域的垛叠层数增多,形成基粒,叶绿体基本恢复正常。
Chloroplast ultramicrostructure of the tea plant(camellia sinensis)cultivar Anjibaicha during thealbescent process was observed using transmission electron microscope. In the course of the turning white ofleaves chloroplasts degenerated gradually, and many vesicles appeared in the degenerating chloroplasts andthey moved to one of the poles along the margins of the chloroplasts. Finally,a cavity with low electronic den-sity formed at the polar area,and it enlarged by swallowing little vesicles. At the white-leaf stage, thechloroplasts disintegrated completely.The whole cell degenerated seriously and become a large cavity,inwhich no cell structures existed but the reticulated cell walls. In the course of the white leaves'turning green,the disint egrated chloroplasts rapidly re-established,in which the vesicles reduced and scattered,the grana formed again and the stacks of the stroma increased,finally the chloroplasts returned normal.
