摘要
用扫描电镜和透射电镜对氟中毒的家蚕胚胎培养细胞(BmN4细胞株)进行了超微形态和组织学研究。结果中毒细胞的细胞膜、内质网、线粒体均严重损伤。氟中毒影响了细胞生物膜的透性和细胞呼吸体系。
With scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy,the ultra-structure of the fluoride poisoned embro cell cultures(cell line BmN4 ) of silkworm( Bombyx mori ) was observed.There was a great change in the form of poisoned cells,comparing with the normal ones。The cell membrane, endoplasmic reticulum and mitochondrion were badly damaged.It is suggested that one of the mechanism of fluoride po-soning silkworm is that the function of cell membrane and respiratory system is ob-structed.
