蚕丝胶蛋白的多肽组分及其分子量的研究 被引量：2

摘要 以家蚕、野桑蚕、天蚕、柞蚕、樗蚕、蓖麻蚕为材料，用ＳＤＳ－ＰＡＧＥ法对成熟幼虫丝腺分区进行丝胶蛋白多肽组成的研究。结果表明，六种蚕类丝胶蛋白表现出不同的多肽组成。 In this experiment,six kinds of silkworms namely Bombyx mori, Bombyxmandarina ,Antheraea pernyi ,Antheraea yamamai ,Philosamia cynthia and Philosamiacynthia ricina were used to study the polypeptide components of sericin from differentsections of silkgland by means of SDS-PAGE.The results showed that sericin from thesix kinds of silkworms was different in polypeptide components.
