十种扁蓿豆生态型的研究

STUDIES ON ECOTYPES OF RUTHENIAN MEDIC FROM TEN DIFFERENT AREAS IN CHINA

对来源于我国华北、东北、西北等地区的１０份扁蓿豆材料的植物学特性、生物学特征，进行了比较。采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳技术，对地面芽ＰＯＤ（Ｐｅｒｏｘｌｕａｓｅ）同工酶进行了研究。综合多项指标，应用系统聚类分析的方法，将其划分为７种类型，第一类：安达扁蓿豆，杜蒙扁蓿豆；第二类：平谷扁蓿豆；第三类：清水河扁蓿豆；第四类：巴右扁蓿豆，通辽扁蓿豆；第五类：皇城滩扁蓿豆；第六类：庆阳扁蓿豆，沁水扁蓿豆；第七类：盐池扁蓿豆。

The botanical and the biological characteristics of ruthenian medic(Medicago ruthenica)from ten differ-ent areas of North,Northeast and Northwest in China were compared in this paper.The peroxidase isoenzy-mes were studied by polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis technique.They were divided into seven ecotypes byhierachical clustering method,the first:Anda、Duinen;the second:Pinggu;the third :Qingshuihe;the fourth:Bayou、Tongliao;the fifth:Huangchengtan;the sixth:Qingyang、Qingshui;the seventh Yanchi.
