NH565型方草捆捡拾打捆机引进使用效果分析

AN ANALYSIS OF APPLICATION EFFECT OF TYPE NH 565 RECTANGULAR PICKUP BALER

本文对ＮＨ５６５型方草捆捡拾打捆机的机械性能、应用效果以及经济效益进行了研究。通过３年的中间生产试验，结果表明，该机具使用的可靠性达９５％以上，成捆率为８６．５％，草捆密度可达１７４．６ｋｇ／ｍ３，牧草损失率为８％～１０％，经济效益显著。利用成本原理进行盈亏分析，年作业量只要达到３２．３ｈｍ２即可盈亏平衡。通过对机具敏感度分析，表明机具的每公顷收费标准、使用寿命和年利用率是影响经济效益的主要因素。

The paper anslysed the mechanical performance , application effect and economical efficiencyof type NH565 rectangular pickup baler which made in New Hollend Company,U.S.A.. Fortest of 3 years,the result showed that the reliability of the machine got to over 95%, and thebaling rate to 86.5%,and the baling density to 174. 6kg/m2, the loss rate of hay to 8%～10%.The economic efficiency was very remarkable Using cost principle to analyse profit and loss,ifthe annual work amount got to 32. 3hm2 the profit and loss would be balance, Through sensitiveanalysis it was showed that the main factors affecting economic efficiency were charging standardper hectare and service life and annual using rate.
