摘要
生产测井中,集流型仪器具有测量精度高,能定量解释等优点,但由于集流使流体的流通截面积发生急骤的改变,于是在仪器集流器的上下有一个压力降,这个压力降决定了集流型仪器使用的流量上限。文中从实验结果与理论推导中找出集流压力损失的大小与哪些因素有关,阐述了在自喷井和抽油机井过环空测井中允许的最大集流压力损失,以此来规定集流型仪器流量使用上限,并对集流型仪器在139.7mm套管中的集流压力损失用理论计算与模拟井刻度的结果进行了对比。
In production logging, packer flowmeter has the advantage of high accuracy,which can be used for quantitative interpretation. Rapid changes of the cross section area of the flow produce a prespure draw down on the collector of the tool,which determines the upper flow limits for the packer flowmeter. Factors affected the magnitude of the pressure loss caused by the pressure draw down have been derived theoretically and confirmed in experiments. The maximum pressure loss allowed in annulus logging of flowing wells and pumping wells can be used to define the upper flow limit for the packer flowmeter. Theoretical-derived pressure loss in 139. 7mm casing is compared with the results in test pit.
