以系统或设备功能框国和信号流程为基础，选出故障信息矩阵、通过对测试。去的加权值分析，用逐步分解矩阵的万法，选出需要的测试点，从而确定最佳诊断步骤，达到用最少的测试点和最短的时间检测与隔离故障的目的。
