摘要
首先分析了集箱管座机器人焊接工作站中引起管座位置误差的几个因素,然后设计出管座位置自动测量机.对其系统结构和工作原理进行了详细的介绍,最后给出自动测量机的控制系统。
Firstly several factors which cause the positionerror between nipple and header are analyzed. Then thedesign of the automatic measuring machine which can detect the nipple error. and the detail introduction of the system construct and its working principle are presented. Atlast the control system of the measuring machine is introduced.
