摘要
研制了精密测温控温系统,温度检测精度为0.001℃,控制精度为0.05℃,已成功地运用于倍频实验中。
A precise temperature measurement and control system is developed with the temperature-measurement ac-curacy of 0. 001 C and the temperature-controlling accura-cy of 0. 05 C. The apparatus has been successfully applied in the SHG experiment.
